Kaohsiung Light Rail Transit — Rebranding (Concept)

Kaohsiung Light Rail Transit — Rebranding is a conceptual identity created for an exhibition, rather than an official rebrand of the system.
The logo takes its cue from two defining traits of the light rail: the rounded curve of the tram's front car, and the loop-shaped route that circles the city. Together they form a simple, rounded mark — a single form that captures both the vehicle and the way it moves. This language then carries through the entire system, from wayfinding to hardware.
Within the project, I led the interface design, motion, and the 3D modeling of the physical components — shaping everything from the ticket machine and platform signage to the in-car handrails, so the identity feels consistent across screens, objects, and space.
